2023 Photographers Information
It’s hard to believe that it’s time to start thinking about the 2023 holiday season, but I know many of you schedule in advance for your mini sessions, so here we go!
The Farm is growing, and of course with each successful selling season the landscape of the fields will change. To address this, we have decided to allow you to “Save A Date” right now, and then I will be back in touch as soon as growing season is over (early September) with more information about how to choose the field that you will work best for your mini sessions. This way it gives you the opportunity to lock in your date now, but choose your, exclusive, lot of trees after growing season is completed. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be collected in September when you book your Lot, with remainder due 10 business days prior to booking.
Photography dates will begin on October 1st, 2023 and will run through November 15th, 2023
Single session $50
Weekday sessions will be available for half days only with a Farm Fee of $100/half day.
Weekend sessions will be for full day bookings with a Farm Fee of $200/full day.

Available Weekend days $200 Farm Fee (Sunrise until Sunset)
October 1, 6-8, 13-15, 20-22, 27-29
November 3-5, 10-12, 17-19
SUNFLOWER PHOTOGRAPHY will start June–August
Fees are the same as above.

We are happy to consider any type of prop that does not harm the trees or property in any way. These props must be submitted for approval prior to the day of your shoot. All props will need to be removed from property at the end of that day. We will not be responsible for props left unattended.
Inclement weather days resulting in an inability to photograph will be rescheduled pending availability.
Molly and Socks Christmas Tree Farm, LLC will provide portable toilets on the property for you and your clients’ convenience. Also, we have available a place to change clothes, if needed, please reserve that also, at time of scheduling your time slots.
Molly and Socks Christmas Tree Farm, LLC will not assume or be responsibility for any mishap or injury occurred while visiting the Farm. Upon entering the property all Photographers and Photography clients that visit the Farm will be asked to sign a Waiver and Release of Liability, form agreeing to these terms.
